Julia A. Jacobsen, Owner/Producer
Julia has been in the “real estate/title business” from a very young age. She started as a high school student working part-time doing searches in the basements of the New York City Court Houses. Shortly thereafter, while studying, she began working for a law firm in New Jersey which primarily handled real estate transactions. The firm represented many builders/developers in Monmouth and Ocean County as well as countless residential closings. Over the twenty plus (20+) years working for that firm, she was involved in many zoning and planning board cases throughout the Counties in addition to countless re-sale and mortgage closings. It was during that time that she gained her knowledge of title law as she was chiefly responsible for clearing any and all title issues to assure clients clear and marketable title and attending and performing the closing transactions. As a result of her many years of experience and expertise, she spent the last decade assisting local title agencies and attorneys with real estate transactions as a freelance contractor. Recently, after working in a Monmouth County title agency, she decided to open her own title agency business to provide customers a unique service with her extensive Paralegal and Title Producer background.
Reinhold (Bill) W. Schrader, Owner/Producer
Reinhold (Bill) was born in Pt Pleasant, New Jersey. His family has been in the Real Estate Business since the late 1940s and was very active in the early growth and development of Ocean County. Bill was a Commercial fisherman and has been a USCG licensed Captain since 1985 . He has been in sales and customer service for over thirty (30) years. In addition, Reinhold was a Sales manager for a local company located in New Jersey and operated his own R.V Business. With his vast experience, Reinhold brings an unprecedented wealth of knowledge on how to keep the operations of our company running smoothly and efficiently to assure our company provides the most professional service to our clients with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
